A big THANK YOU to the 64 dads, granddads and kids who joined us last weekend for the Dads4Kids Fun Camp. It was absolutely fantastic!!! Something amazing happens when dads get away from the everyday and create time with their kids.
Whether you like it or not, words have power, especially when it comes to parenting. Used with thoughtful intention, words can build up and create. Used carelessly or worse, recklessly, they can tear down and destroy. One word that seems to have gone out of fashion is the ‘D’ word, Discipline.
The 2025 Dads4Kids Fun Camp will be held from 7 – 8 November at the beautiful Coolendel Campground, located on the Shoalhaven River around three hours south of Sydney. Build memories forever with your kids.
These days, I’m no longer behind the camera, but the message of Dads4Kids remains constant: Our mission is to encourage dads and help them be the best they can be for their children.
Danny Abdallah could have easily smashed the man who killed his children, as at one stage he was the Australian kickboxing champion. He recently met the man in the jail where he is serving his sentence to tell him personally of his forgiveness.
Please be assured as I take on the new role of CEO that the heart of Dads4Kids will continue to beat strong with fresh energy. I’m excited for all that God, our Father in Heaven, has in store for the big-hearted movement founded by the wonderful Warwick and Alison Marsh.
